Sparkling Pear retains the freshness and the delicate sweetness of the fruit. Thanks to delicate bubbles, it is even more refreshing. Has a pleasant texture and an elegant, creamy finish.
The wine shows the richness of Polish nature and the best traditions of Polish viticulture. Roztocze Region is a place where a warm climate, gentle hills, and fertile loess soils create the ideal conditions for growing vines and other fruits.
The Roztocze's pear is known for its high content of natural sugar and aroma. Their harvest begins in August. Once picked, pears are stored in wooden baskets till they reach full ripeness. Only later they are pressed and fermented in the same way as the grapes.
