Vodka with soda water and grapefruit
Fill a cocktail glass with ice, 2 slices of grapefruit, 50 ml Baczewski Vodka and 2-3 sprigs of thyme crushed in your hands. Top up with soda water.
Burgas Night
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, 40 ml Pliska XO, 20 ml orange liqueur, 20 ml lemon juice, 10 ml sugar syrup and 30 ml orange juice. Shake all ingredients. Garnish with star anise.

We started toying with the idea of Jubilee Brands back in 2020.
